MISSING AN ELEVATION

As you guys can see I have options to view north,east and west elevation but I am missing a South Elevation

It's probably in another Phase.  Find the Elevation in the Project Browser, open it and change the Phase of the View.  

...actually, it could be under Coordination Discipline.

Go to View menu and place a new elevation.
