As there are different ways to model a slanted wall in Revit, there will equally different solutions to achieve similar end results. The advantages to one solution over another will lay in the details of your needs.

The quick answer to a mirror operation is no, Revit wall don’t support mirroring about a non-vertical plane.

If you are using the Revit 2021 slanted wall profile, the solution would be to draw a new set of slanted wall aligned with the top of the bottom walls and set the angle to the negative angle of the bottom walls.

Revit is not good at mirroring vertical object. Most often you can have to create two separate wall at different level and then slant it afterward.

The other alternative is creating massing. I've create simple shape you can flex. Once you insert in, you can use the wall to pick the face.

mass add.png

Select the massing and edit they type. So you can customized the size you want.

The massing shape will change but the wall won't update immediately until you select them and click on update to face.

So the wall will update to the form.

I created a 3d mass (of the first half) and flexed the  upper edges outside and then i converted the the faces in walls and it worked.   then if i want the mirrored one i have to make the same think up.

other method i tired is:

to make just one mass and  add a horizontal edge but the is no SNAPS and i cant add an edge in the middle of the hight so that i could flex outside... :enttäuschtes_Gesicht: but there is no snaps so i can't put it in the middle

another think i what to ask you how to have all the dimensions that you have in properties so i can change (because i have no properties of the mass, the fields are empty)..

thanks!!

- Create one mass for the bottom: draw two rectangles of different sizes and create form
- Mirror the form to create the upper, finish the mass
- Create wall by face

i made it ! thanks! i'll see the you tube channel!!

1. I made 2 rectagles in the 2 levels like said  ToanDN

 2. then created the form selecting the 2 rectagles.

3. in the elevation view i mirrored the mass

4. with the   massing/model to face/ wall   i converted the faces of the mass in walls

 5. like said syman2000

i can select the mass that remain under the converted new walls and then check "type poperties" anche change the dimensions of the precedent mass.

6. aftrer changing the dimensions have to update the walls to the new shape :  so select just the new walls and click to update to face.

done : )

i'll see the you tube channel!!

the walls in the attached image has to be updated to the new shape with the button  " update to face"
