If you had issues needing to mirror your structure on an existing project for an existing project or for a new project. Usually it would be a bust with annotations , and or other elements.
Solutions is, (example):
Open all your floor plan view levels, for better visibility activate them using your Tile Views. Do the following to each view one at a time, window select all elements , annotations etc, then go to the next view, keeping CTRL button pressed, go ahead and select all elements, annotations, etc of second view. Do the same for the rest of your plan views. Once you get to your last view , you can see you have everything selected on all your views. Final go click on Mirror command using pick axis or draw axis. And tada!
Keep in mind if you had any elements end points not locked to its adjacent element it may stay behind. Example , a steel beam not locked to the vertical steel column, it may not bring it along smoothly.
This also is used when needing to rotate your Structure.
Their may be some other more detail and additional steps to make this happen, but for the disciplines moving such a fast paced and extremely busy work environment and no time to BIM manage it or RD it , hope this solution works wonders for you.
