Mirror a completed Revit model

I have a completed 2 story Revit model that the customer has decided they want to mirror. I have a few questions to go along with this:

1. Is it possible to mirror a Revit model?

2. Will mirroring the project affect the section markers/elevation markers/notes?

3. Will the associated views/sheets be negatively affected if the model is mirrored?

A completed project? Good luck. It's not error free.  Expect issues.  Close the door to your office to muffle your cursing and screaming.

Hi

There is a mirror Project command for the exact same reason you looking for.

3d elements, levels, views, sheets everything will stay intact.

just expect some disruption in 2D elements .

cheers

Currently dealing with a building owner who seems to be quite happy with a nearly-completed project and wants to mirror it.

The mirror command likely works well for design phases, but will create some difficulties, depending on how you are working with revit.

We are doing formwidrige drawings, and there is definitely a lot of disruption when using the mirror command; lost elements, dimensions, and an ominous message regarding positions of elements which need to be reviewed. Many things have shifted and I am personally rethinking how we might meet the expectations of the owner.

my current thinking is to just plan the project mirrored, and then use a container file to get the model in the right place while using linked views to get the project documented.

Obviously not ideal, but maybe the most straightforward method for minimart-work and trying to review what went wrong.
