What is the best way to create below features under roof?
Should I create one more roof on top of another? Or use generic model? Or use walls and floors? Thanks.

you can use :
Constantin Stroescu
Fascia with negative Horizontal Profile Offset
....and maybe a Soffit underneath the Fascia
Thank you. But how about if the cross section of such fascia is not a simple rectangle? What if it is an irregular shape?

Roof Fascia is a Sweep created from a Profile Family. If you can draw your "irregular shaped" Profile as a 2D closed-loop line, then you can create Sweep Geometry from it.

BTW: the Fascia Profile shown in my screenshot above is using 1x12 rectangular-shaped Profile.
...I'll add that I don't really see anything "irregular-shaped" in your pictures above. Looks like a typical box soffit to me. We model those in Revit exactly the way they will be constructed in the field.
