Hey! I convert my autocad to mesh and then use wall to face option to create walls:
1) Can I create wall excetly the same or I need to measure all specificic walls and then create one by one because I need the same depth like autocad file
2) I can use wall to face option somewhere on the top surface - mabye someone can help me with this.

You can use the Roof by Mass Face on the Tops.
Regarding your other question, I'm not sure I understand. Are you wanting the Revit Walls to be the same thickness as the Mass? Why not change the thickness of the Walls you are applying to the faces of the Mass?
mabye you can check file - Yes I need the same thickness walls every specific place but it offers just edit walls thickness so i need measure every single place thickness and how its possible?
I understand that the design is very intricate and ornamental, but the nice thing it that it's repetitive geometry. So, for example, you wouldn't need to model every face of the octagons. Just model one face, group it, radial array it, and then ungroup it. That would be my approach. And I would use Revit Walls, Roofs and Floors as much as possible.
