hello. I have several rooms in my project that in some rooms i have spaces that reduce the area of the room. I made visible all the elements from VN and Graphic display. I don t know what to do anymore. maybe it is a error from revit or architecture. The thing is that I need that the area of the room to be real like in the plans, to calculate for HVAC . I don't understand .
thanks for answers
The way it looks, you have invisible room bounding elements which are forcing the room to split...maybe hidden room boundary lines?
Reveal Hidden elements and check if anything is there...only from those 2 images you posted it is hard to tell
Maybe you can upload/attach the model?

...scratch that.
I'll bet you have a room-bounding soffit in the room above the view. Try pulling the Room's Limit Offset down. Does the Room fill enlarge?
If you make a schedule, you can capture the room that way. Otherwise, there is a tool where to find all elements in the rvt file.
revit lookup tool. Find the Revit id and look id up afterwords ![]()
