Merge cells in a column when the cell values are all equal.

I've been trying to format my schedules in Revit to be clear and concise in the information that is displayed in the schedule.  One example of this is by combining equal values in a single column so that one value is displayed rather than for every row.  I've attached an example of what I want to do in Revit.

This is not possible in Revit. The best you could do is use grouping and make use of headers
