Menu is off the screen?

In the Properties box, when I click on the dropdown, the menu is off the screen.

 

How can I fix this?

Are you using a second monitor on your left?

Have you tried moving your task bar to a different edge?

Most common causes for these are graphhics cards and .NET files.

Try:

-Switch of hardware acceleration in Revit (under "Options", "Graphics")

-Look for updates (Revit, Windows, Graphics Card

-Missing or damaged .NET frameworks can cause problems. Check THIS page for troubleshooting .NET files

 

If you have an NVIDIA card, sometimes NVIDIA Desktop Manager has caused problems
Disable the Nvidia Desktop Manager: 
-Right click on desktop  and select nView properties

-Select "Desktop Management" tab.

-Under "nView Desktop Manager", select the "Disable" button.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

For me it was not .net or the nVidia Display Manager, it simply was the different scaling for the 2x screens in Windows10. Set both screens to 100% solved it for me in all version of Revit.

I was able to swap it back to 125% afterwards... we'll see if it sticks tomorrow.
