This happening to all versions of Revit but no other application. When I maximize Revit, it fills the screen but seems to go beyond the monitor edge by several pixels leading to the interface being cropped. From the image below, you can see that the title bar is clipped off as well as the bottom. From a 2nd monitor, it appears a couple of the pixels oozed from the edge onto it. This happens ONLY with Revit (2021-2024) and no other application.

Are you using a Display Scale greater than 100%. This depends heavily on your graphics card and multi-monitor support and if Revit supports the card/driver. What does Revit report in the Hardware tab of the Options dialog (File ribbon tab > Options > Hardware)?

Interesting, I find Bluebeam slips beyond the screen boundary here but Revit plays along. Are your screens using the same Aspect Ratio, resolution? If they are different that might account for it?
