Hello everyone,
I'm new at Revit. Actually, I'm working on grids and levels to shape a tower building as an exercise.
My problem is that after selecting my grids I don't find the maximize 3D extents in the context menu (after the right click). To be more precise all this items: Drag end/Reset crop/ Reset to 3D extents/Maximize 3D extents are missing.
This is how it looks like :
I tried: Shut down computer and opening the file again/ Creating a new file with new grids etc and it doesnt work.
Is there a misunderstanding about how Revit works? Or a technical issue?
Hope it's not a obvious question here.
Excuse me for my english, it's not my first language.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

In the image you posted you are selecting a group instance of the grids, not the grid themselves. To get the maximize choice in the right click menu, you need to first "tab select" (hover and then tab to cycle the selection candidates) down to the grid itself, then you will find maximize 3d extents in the right click menu.
