Help! I am trying to use my 3D realistic view for a rendering to send to a client. For some reason in the last day my view looks pixelated on certain materials. I have updated my graphics card, tried restarting my computer. I am at a loss of what to do to fix this. I only have a few more hours to get this to the client. Anybody have thoughts on how to fix?
I have attached a screen shot. I hoped that when I Pdf'd the view that the pixelation would go away, but it didn't...attached that too.
Hello @melissaJCNY4,
Did this specific view look different before?
What are these materials called? I may be able to test them on my side. Also, did you Render in Cloud or use the normal Render?
If you could transfer the file it could help as well, to see if this is coming from your system or if the materials look like this on my side too.
Best regards,
Yes, it looked different before. See attached previous files. I didn't render in cloud. This is just in a realistic view.
How do I transfer the file to you?
Could you upload it to BIM360 Team and send a link or maybe a sample of it including the affected walls?
I got it. I'll let you know as soon as I find something.
Best regards,
It seems to look fine on my side:
What do you see under your graphic options?
I'm having this exact same issue. It has come and gone with the same file. Most recently I moved my computer home (I'm a freelancer) and all of a sudden all of my materials are pixelated in realistic view. What is the resolution for this issue?
I ended up having to render it in cloud at the time. It eventually fixed itself. I don't know if it was a temporary glitch or what. It was very frustrating.
