MATERIALS APPEARING CHOPPY WHEN ATTEMPTING TO RENDER

i have my wall divided into parts, the bottom half is light grey metal panels and the top half should be consistentlREVIT MODEL CHOPPY.JPGy dark grey but it is appearing choppy when i capture a 3d view or open it in enscape. however when i open it in 3D modeling view, it appears normal. does anyone know what would cause this?

looks like you have 2 walls on top of each other. is there a structural or other link also showing the wall too?

If you use Parts don't forget to only show the parts and not also the original element. (View property)
