Material tag does not loading into project

Hi,

I loaded material tag into my project but when I used annotate-material tag, the message " No material tag families loaded in the project..." always appear.  This family work in all other project but not this time with my project. Is there anybody can help me to sold the problem please?

There is no Material Tag in some new Templates for certain regions.

from the Insert Tab -> Load from Cloud > Change region to US and search for Material Tag

Default Material tag from the cloud need rework since it will display material description instead of material name. So if you want the material tag to display name, you have to modify it and add those. So I've create custom one and you can modify the parameter to suit your need.

Thanks for your answer, i have just tried and it works. Just for curious, the family work for other project, why now and for only this project need to reload from cloud?
