Material Render Color

I have 2 different materials I want to be the same color, a vertical and horizontal cement board.

I know the original images aren't the same color, which I'm sure is contributing to my problem. Is there a way to manipulate the materials so the render appearance colors match?

In such a case:

• I' ll take both textures and work them in Photoshop so to have the same colors.
• or , more simple, I'll make a copy of the material and I'll rotate the map of the duplicated material by 90 degrees. Then I'll have two identical materials ,one placed  horizontally and the other vertically
