Material Render appearance Images not transferring to other users - no central network or cloud

I have set up the company template and assigned the my own images to the materials and then the images files are missing on other users. There's no central network location, it is individual users. I've set the location to the other users under FILE > OPTIONS > RENDERING > ADDITIONAL RENDER APPEARANCE PATHS but still not linking the images. How can I solve this so when rendering in Enscape the images show up for everyone?

What about just sending the ADSKLIB to the other users?
