Hello, can anyone explain why the library on the right is not accessible in my revit?
Materials have changed quite a bit from Revit 2017-2019. Looks like the render appearance/assets are missing or need to be updated. Did you upgrade your project from an older version to Revit 2019?

Hi cbarch, no Revit is a fresh install of Revit LT 2019 and the project was started new yesterday. I did however add other family libraries but it was still working after that. Revit wont even let me add the correct library folder as it is in the incorrect format?

Try doing a Repair on your Revit install.

Still no luck. My AEC materials work but my asset and physical based ones are not working.

See if there is an Update Release for Revit LT 2019, if so install it.

I downloaded the software last week and there has not been any updates since. I have scheduled a call with Autodesk to see if they can fix the issue. Does my software being Revit LT have anything to do with it?

Thank you very much for the reply but this is only a temporary solution. The last thing I want to do is create a new default material to then apply a new one with every material. It just takes too long and would much rather it worked normally. I have spoken to technical support and even they were baffled. The tech team said they will get back to me ASAP with a response.
