Material Library missing

The material library in Revit 2020 is missing/empty. I already tried to un- and reinstall the library but I continue to have te same problem. The material libraries do show up under "programms/apps". How can I load material libraries to Revit, does anyone know how to fix it?

"To apply the content files:

• Download the desired content executable to a local location
• Launch the content executable from the saved local location
• Specify the desired content location (Default destination folder “C:\Program Data\Autodesk\RVT 2020”) and choose Extract."
