material libraries

I can't open the material libraries on revit 2018 I hit the three dot but nothing is happened

Hi, 

Thank you for posting this on the forum, 

Have you checked if the install files have been properly installed? I would check if they are listed in the programs and features list - called Autodesk Material Library 2018

Also a quick thing to try would be to right click the Revit icon and run it with admin rights.

And what if you access it through the Manage tab? I would assume the outcome is the same? 

I would be more than happy to take a look myself if possible,

You maybe missing the entire Material Library.  Re-download the program completely to your HDD before installing it.  make sure to pick Content and Material packs under installation options.

I try your way but I doesn't work, but I install 2017 and it's work perfectly on the same laptop so I think it's from the version of the revit 2018.
