Material Browser not loaded properly

Installed & re-installed Revit 2019 on windows 10 a few time but problem could not be resolve. My Material Browser loaded seems incomplete: No options, no buttons, cant expand browser panel. Please see attached images.

Anyone has the same encounter? Please advice.

That is the material browser you get when you use paint tool

 

 

The other one which you are looking for you can find On the Ribbon >> Under Manage tab  >> Materials

Did you go to the tread I posted?  The guy there was having the exact same issue as you. He even posted a similar screenshot to yours. He resolved by re-installing the Autodesk Material Library -- which I also posted a link to. Did you see that link that I posted?  It's underneath the other link I posted.

Hi, I don't use paint tool.

This is what I get from Revit > Manage > Material.

The icons/buttons on the material just does not show.

I had this same issue. I use a laptop and plug into two monitors that are 4K resolution. To fix the problem I had to mess around with the display scale. Here is what I did:

 

-Go to Display Settings

-Advanced scaling settings

-Enter custom scale of 149

-Apply (and repeat for the other screen if you have multiple screens)

HI Ryan, Thanks. I lower my screen resolution and it works. Quite a illogical remedy though. Anyway, Thanks again.
