Match type properties not working

I adjusted the sill height of a door opening and would like to apply the same property to all elements of the same type in the view.

I am trying to use match properties by first selecting the tool and then selecting the first door opening.

Then, I click "select multiple" ostensibly to choose all other instances in the view.

However, the door openings are unclickable!

Any ideas?

Thanks

Because Sill Height is an instance property, not a type property.  The tool Match Type properties is intended to match one Type with another and it works perfectly fine.

You can select multiple doors of the same type and change their Sill Height at once, or you can use pyRevit Match Element properties tool to such a task.
