Master Keynote File

So our project is a large industrial campus and we have been using separate user keynote files for each building; However, we wanted to consolidate these into a single master keynote file. After consolidating all the keynotes (Simple copy paste process), we reloaded it and it didn't seem to work. There are only four keynotes that appear in the legend.

Your format looks all screwed up.  The third column should reference the value of the upper level 1st column.  See example below and compare to what you have.

Hi there,

First time posting, so hoping it's OK to ask a question on this older post!

I am trying to filter keynotes, however, I do not want my system to start with the 11** format that is shown in your email, I have everything noted as "cpt1", for eg., for one type of carpet - does this mean it's impossible for me to filter?

What is the purpose in the "1.1 FLOOR" tabbed at the end of every line in that category - I would have thought this is what the filter would refer to, but it seems it needs that number at the front in order to filter.
