Massing Floor

I'm creating 3 massing floors, Level1, Level 2, and Level 3. I check the 3 levels but for some reason, the 3rd one is missing or Revit won't create it. I'm wondering if I'm missing some steps.

Pull the mass up a bit maybe?

Doesn't look like you have 3 levels intersecting with the Mass.  Looks like only two do.

I drew the upper form on level 3. How to fix it?

Lower Level 3 or raise the height of the Mass -- or don't put a Floor on 3. Apply Roof by [Mass] Face instead.

Raising the height mass didn't work. But, the floor automatically appeared when lowering the Level 3. The Roof Mass option also works.
