I'm trying to create a drawing by using the massing an site tool to do so,
I've drawn the outline of the shape I'm trying to draw but every time I try to create it
it doest come out looking right, can someone point me in the right direction?
(Look at the attached, basically a egg shape sphere)

The desired result is to have a egg shaped object through the massing and site tool.

PS: Do not worry about, that Zach working in Vasari on this video, you can recreate all process in revit similar way.

What if you draw an ellipse, then a circle, then break both of them, fillet the lines to form the egg shape, and then do Create Form?
With Revit I think you need to draw multiple parallel circles defining the ribs of the 'egg' and create a form from them.
Should have been a 20 second job in Rhino.
Sorry, I didn't realize that the user wanted a true egg, I thought it was a flat figure with an egg shape boundary.
A quick way to do it is this:
