Mass section line weights not updating

I am unable to use object styles or visibility graphics to update conceptual mass section line weight.  Only override by element works....?

Here is a link to the example of what is going on:

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @htimsm

In Object Style and/or Visibility Graphics you are changing/overriding the line weight of the whole title/section Mass...That does not override the subtitles/categories/sections.

When you are doing the override using Right Click >> Override by Element; you are basically overriding the lineweight of the Form ... if you want to apply such override through Object Styles or VG; you need to expand the Mass section/title and change the Lineweight for the Form (or any other related part of the mass when/where applicable).

@RDAOU lol if you could have posted the answer a couple of minutes sooner then you would have save me from firing up Revit, creating a model, capturing a screenshot, and posting it.

I've also noticed that phase filters will override any changes to object styles depending on what they are set to. Possibly best to create the mass on the New Construction phase even though intuitively you might think it should go on the Existing phase.
