I have modeled a form using ARCHITECTURE > COMPONENT > MODEL-IN PLACE
I have to model it this way because when I model it via MASSING & SITE > IN PLACE MASS I do not have the options for SWEEP BLEND - WHICH I NEED!!!!
It seems I cannot MASS FLOORS when it is a GENERIC MODEL though!
COME ON !!!! What the heck do I do?
I have tried sweeping the profile in an IN PLACE MASS with no success, I keep getting a million errors of intersecting paths etc.
PLEASE HELP

You can create this form it the Massing environment.
...not pretty, but it should prove that you can do your form in the massing environment.
Thanks, but ya not pretty.
Why can't I get a nice sweep, and why wouldn't we be able to do it within the model!

I don't know why you can't. But it can be done, and quite easily. Create the solid form first and then, in the same massing session, create a void form to cut out the "groovy" indentation.
It's always something.
Now I was able to get a decent sweep in the model in place mass.
BUT, I used splines - so now I can't add a **** slab edge to the profile.
I can add slab edges if I use arcs, but then I can't get the curve, it is just a linear sweep between the profiles.
Thanks Revit
Love ya...
Sweet
What I want to add the slab edge to
3 arcs swept - not what we want...
