You do it the exact same way you did in the panel family. Pick a Circumscribed Polygon and a Ref. Line and press "Create Form". You can easily draw a 3-Point Arc Ref. Line on all those edges and then pick a Point Work Plane to draw your Circumscribed Polygon on. After that, it's just a matter of selecting both the Circumscribed Polygon and Ref. Line, and then pressing "Create Form".
TIP: Turn off the Divided Surface Component and turn on Pattern before drawing the 3-Point Arc Ref. Line.
I didnt really get your ans. Panel family has got 4 adaptive point with the ref lines. How do I start from here?

Did you create the panel family yourself? What I saying is that the method you used to create the mullion geometry the panel family is the same method you use in the Mass Family to create the mullions for the edges. That is, you select a 2D profile (e..g. Circumscribed Polygon) and a 3D path (e.g. Reference Line), and then click on "Create Form". So, in you Mass Family, you need to first draw a 3D Ref. Line (in your case: a 3-Point Arch), and then draw a 2D profile on one of the Ref. Line Work Planes. With a 3-Point Arch, there are 3 Work Planes available. Make one of them Current and then sketch your Circumscribed Polygon profile on it. Then pick the profile and line and press "Create Form".
