Manually override "spot elevation"

Hi fellas!

I wonder if it's somehow possible to manually override the "spot elevation" function?
Would like to insert our own text instead of the actual plus height.

You mean not report the elevation at all? If so, why not use leader text annotation instead?

Well, yes. But I wan't the symbol to be the same. Guess I could create a similar family but it would be easier to just manually overriding the numbers.
