Managing different working languages

Hi all,
I work as a BIM manager in a Czech company but I am an english speaker.
I use the programme in English version,thus for me is natural naming families,type, material and so after my working language.
Some of my workers are able to understand english quite well, some not, but all of them use the programme in Czech version. Furthermore we prepare documentation for both clients type. English and Czech one.
I have to manage different discipline within my company.
According your experience, what is the main workflow should I proceed with?
Any ideas?
