Make Revit Tabs Smaller & Tabs for Secondary Monitor

Can I make these tabs smaller?

The below image is my secondary Monitor. It is useful to have views open on the secondary monitor - Is it possible to have these windows in tabs so that multiple views can be accessed on the secondary monitor?

Yes if you want you can tile the views so you get a panel of views

No panels are too small on my monitor.
