Make imported images or dwg always face camera

Hello! Is it possible to make images and dwgs face camera at any angle similar to people or tree rpc families? Or is possible to make such entourage family?

By using Archvision or By mapping images on curved surfaces as material

Is there any other way? I don’t want to use geometry, the idea of using images or dwg for me is to not use any geometry.
