Make 2D lines in Planting Item family to follow camera

Hello,

Is there a way to make a collection of 2D lines in a Planting Item family rotate to follow the view?

My current work-around is to place lots of groups of trees and hide them in certain views.

Thanks

Don't understand the question. 2D lines don't show up in 3D Views.  Do you mean 3D Model Lines?

Sorry - very poorly / lazily worded.

They're lines in a Planting Item family.

What I mean is is that instead of using a 3D tree, I'm using a line-drawn tree - just like you would in CAD.

I have a 2D plan and elevations in the family. But, it would be great if the elevation of the tree in the family could rotate to follow the view.

Use 3D linework (Model Lines) - not 2D linework.

...still, what do you mean by "rotate to follow the view"?

I would use RPC trees. It will follow the camera view.
