Lost my properties

Please help me. I have lost project properties. It's in in the user interface option, but it's not showing up on my screen. i've uninstalled and reinstalled it, it's still not there. I’m unable to open the plans view. The resolution option doesn’t work either. Any help would be appreciated

This is one of the most recurring questions. You can search the forum for “reset UI” or “reset revit user interface”… it  is asked so regularly that even chatgpt it will give you the detailed process step by step on how to reset the UI
