Lost access to older version of Revit

As the title says I have seemed to have lost access to Revit 2020 since i recently updated to Autodesk Access. I still have projects in Revit 2020 and when i check my subscription it only goes as far back as Revit 2021. I still have Revit 2020 installed in my machine but only the splash screen comes up then disappears then nothing else. Is this to do with my subscription or something else. Checked another office computer and they dont have the same problem.

Have you tried to repair Revit 2020? Programs & Features > Revit 2020 > Repair

You should still have access to Revit 2020 software if needed. Only it is a little bit hidden away (and you need eligible rights for it). If you go into your revit account you ill see help button at the bottom right.

If you start filling in some questions you will come at a point where you can ask for downloading, then type in Revit 2020. If you have the rights (In most cases you can access up to five previous versions) for that it will offer files for download

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

When we recently upgraded, we had some older projects (2018 & 19). We were told the licensing was Current +3 (so 21, 22, 23 & 24) + 2 more that are considered Unsupported (20 & 19). Not sure it the additional 2 (20 & 19) needed any special permissions or had to be requested from your reseller or not.

Autodesk licensing is confusing. It should be access to 5 previous versions (started 2020), but Autodesk support for the last 3 versions. See THIS article

@L.Maas Yep, licensing has gotten a little more confusing since the single sign on. thanks' for the Clarification.

That's basically what we were told :lächelndes_Gesicht_mit_lächelnden_Augen:. our reseller referred us to this link.

Thank you gents for all the responses. I think i am just going to have to accept my fate and upgrade it to the latest as this project is still going to be active during the construction for the next 2 years, I dont really want to run into the same issue where I need to upgrade just to do a few possible amendments.

If you cannot repair your installation, you should still be able to download 2020. Just ask the automated chat assistant. I was able to do it last week. As long as you can keep that version running you should be able to maintain the project in 2020.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.
