I'm not sure what I'm looking at or what you're asking. Do you want a floor to follow the terrain? Have contours?  What do you mean exactly?

Hi, I need the slope to follow the lines- kind of like a topography, but with a sloped floor or a ramp.

Where's the contours coming from in your screenshot? Looks like an AutoCAD drawing? If so, you could import it into a Mass sketch environment to create a Mass from it.  Then you could model a sloped surface by Mass Face from it.   Do you understand the concept and workflow?
