Loading Set of Standards but it reverts back to its originate, need a fix

I loaded my own set of standards in revit for our firm as a text file, once loaded, and all. It reverts back to its original default settings as AIA standard. Do you know why it happens or how to fix it?

From  C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2023?

This is for Revit 2022, I am not sure how to fix it?

Steps:

1. Create a new Export Setup
2. Name it
3. Load your text file 
4. OK
