Load autodesk family not working

I'm having this problem when trying to load from autodesk family, it was working just fine last week. Is it me or the server is down?

Possibly, but you could try clearing then Cache also to ensure this is not causing an issue;

I would suggest it could be a permissions setting then in accessing through the internet/browser

"It looks like the requested service is currently unavailable..." when clicking Load Autodesk Family...
