I have my central model saved on our network, I also have all of my AutoCad links saved on our network, for some reason after my computer had to be reformatted, I am unable to update my links and get the error that is shown in the image below when I reload. However, I can go on another computer and update them without get the error in the image below. Does anybody know why this may be happening on my computer only? Thank you in advance.

Hi @Anonymous
It looks like that Revit is not able to locate the linked file nor is Revit is not able to update the link. To reload the linked file from a different location, use the Reload From function of the Manage Links dialog.

Thank you, however I have tried that as well, nothing loads whenIi try to add a new link
are all of the links broken, or just the two visibly broken in the image?
Perhaps its a special character that is causing the problem... I personally avoid characters like the "&" symbol and the "," symbol.
Thank you for that thought David, I will go in and double check for symbols. Yes, all of my links accept for 1 are broken, which is odd they are all saved in the same folder.
This is how I would troubleshoot this problem:
First copy one of all of the linked files to your desktop, then reload them from there.
If you still get the error, the path probably isn't the real issue. maybe its a file problem being masked with the wrong error.
If it does fix it, you have confirmed it is a path issue and you can work from there.
the path is fairly long if I counted right, but below what i would have expected the 255 character limit to be.
I counted 186 characters from drive letter through the file extension.
Fixing the path issue: you can move the file slowly folder by folder to figure out where the problem lies. It may be the last folder, or it may be the file name, or it may be the first folder. Eventually if you move it in a logical order you will figure it out.
