Linking Models that came from Autodesk 360

We are not using Autodesk 360 across the whole project but we are experiencing difficulties with models received from a design team member who is using Autodesk 360 within their organisation to facilitate work to be done from their different global offices, There are 2 distinct problems that can happen independent of each other

(1) when they share their models with us, sometimes they link in with a fixed address so that when we close our file(s) and reopen, their link is trying to locate it's original location. We have to re-centralize their model locally on our network to overcome this problem.

(2) If we need to open their file for any reason, we get the Autodesk 360 login dialog which we can close but this keeps re-opening in a loop until finally the Revit session crashes with an illegal operation. In this instance it seems impossible to open their model and we have to request a fresh model.

I get this message first, Note that the folder C:\Outgoing is not on our system so I think it must be on theirs

Then I am asked repeatedly to login

Then we finally get this, I have blanked out anything that may be private info of theirs

Then we get a crash or sometimes we can get as far as save as on the detached model but the dialogs above keep kicking in making it impossible to save the file

Can anyone shed any light on this or point me in the direction of some relevant reading, so I can get a better understanding of what we need to do or what we need to ask them to do at their end?

Thanks in advance
