Hi @kgetev0711
If you have the consultant model linked in your model, you can get the sheet list from the sheet list properties menu.
Go to the View tab
Create panel
Schedules drop-down
(Sheet List)
Make sure the “Include elements in linked files” is checked. Since the list is coming from a linked model, the order, sheet name, sheet number, may be required to be corrected in the linked model. You will also need to create a “Sheet Order” shared parameter to control the order. Your consultants need to have the SAME shared parameter as you do, all you have to do is export the “Sheet Order” parameter you created and send it to them. This level of coordination pays of if there are changes to your sheet order.
When you get an updated linked file from a consultant, please go through the workflow(s) at this LINK.
Please mark this response as "Accept as Solution" if it answers your question. Kudos gladly accepted.

Thank You for your response.
Here's what I've had to do in the past in order to have the consultants sheets appear exactly where I need them on my cover sheet. Yes, You have to include elements in link checked, this is correct, however this does not organize the consultants sheets by discipline. I believe I've found the solution to this problem. see below. Basically you have to add an extra parameter and tell your consultants to tag their sheets according to their discipline.
Hi @kgetev0711
