Hi,
Is there a way to "refresh" linked CAD (dwg) file in Revit after making changes in ACAD?
What I do when changing dwg in CAD is closing Revit file and reopening it. How could I avoid this?
Regards!
Go the "Insert" menu and then choose "Manage Links"
Choose the CAD tab, choose your DWG from the list and then hit "Reload"

Hi @Anonymous
It is important that you review the reloaded link during this process.
Please note that the View data from the CAD file is used to convert the file into a form usable in Revit. For example, changing the view reference may affect how the link is displayed or positioned in Revit.
See Tools to Manage Links which discusses appropriate tools for the same.
Also, see the best practices are when linking RVT and DWG files into Revit®
