I am having an issue where a specific text will print as green instead of black. It is the text that notes the "up" and "down" direction in a stair path. I am using linked Revit models. So the text in question is linked into the main model which is what we print.... When I print the sheet from the linked model the "up" and "down" text for the stairs show up as black. But when I print from the main model the text will be green. No other text in the entire project does this.
When I look at the type properties in the linked model, I do not see any option for a color change. When I look at the display settings in the V/G overrides in the main model, I do not see anything that would give an option.
I know there is an option to print at greyscale but I'm looking for the root cause. I have attached an image showing the text as green, as it prints in a PDF format.
Thanks for reading.

In the main model, take a look at these places and search for changes in:
1- Object styles (Manage menu/Settings), Stair paths (cat), Up text (subcat)
2- Stair paths type properties (select item, go to Properties palette, Edit Type button), look wich Text type is selected
3- Text style type properties (select or create any text with the same Text type of #2, go to Properties palette, Edit Type button) look at color properties
If none of these options works, look at Revit links tab at V/G Overrides window and check if display settings are by Host view or Custom. If Custom is selected, click the button and look for overrides in this window.
The color is defined by the Linked View. To fix it:
VG > Revit Links tab > Change Display Settings to Custom > ...
