In Revit 2019, I have linked in a DWG in a Floorplan. Then I created a section view through the Floorplan. The Section view looked fine and I decided to Print it to PDF. Before I started the PDF-Printing I clicked on "Preview draft" button, and suddenly there were all kind of numbers covering my Section view in the Preview. I dicided to go forward anyway and print a PDF, but also here the Numbers covered my section. The Numbers always cover my section view at the hight where the DWG is placed in plan view. Why does this happen? My solution so far has been to remove the DWGs from the project when I print the Sections views, but this isnt really a solution. How can I fix this? I have attached a picture for better understanding.

When you link in DWG, do you choose by current view or you don't? If you don't use the by current view, you will end up seeing DWG link in all drawing. This is why I only use by current view because DWG can be unpredictable and show up in places when you least expected.
In your section View Template, make sure that under V/G Imported Categories the "show imported categories in this view" box is not checked.
In your view VG you will need to make sure that all dwg imports are unchecked.
