Link Survey CAD keeping Line Patterns

Is there a good workaround to Link a Survey DWG into Revit View and keep its Original Line patterns? Survey files have a lot of Line patterns that use Letters in them, impossible to replicate in Revit.

The only workaround I have is to print a PDF of the DWG and then import it in Autocad again so that everything is exploded into shapes. Then I will Link this DWG in Revit.

Is there a better way?

You can try exploding the linetype in AutoCAD by using this lisp from the link below.
