Link Cannot Reload

-This project is in bim 360.

-One member is still in 2019, while the rest of us are in 2019.2.

-I have audited the file.

-When reloading the link it just doesn't do anything.

-The link says loaded but its not loaded.

-I've seen Autodesk issue/resolution statement on this issue about phase mapping, I'm not familiar with how to work with phase mapping between links.

How can I resolve this to get the link loaded into the model?

How about Reload From and point to the link file again?

Do it show up in the view when Phase Filter is set to "None" ?

Tried that, and then revit experienced an unexpected error.

No it doesn't show up in the model at all. When I try to edit it in VG it says the link is not loaded, but in manage links it shows its status as loaded.

Have you tried "Reveal Hidden Elements"?

Yes, but this is a link coordination issue, not really a hidden objects issue.

I don't know why you are making that distinction, but I agree that this could be characterized as a link coordination issue.   Keep in mind that I just got here, and I am beginning troubleshooting from scratch - starting with the most obvious.   I have no idea what you've tried.

So obviously something is wrong with the link file.  Open it and inspect, re-save, etc..
