Lineweight defined in Title Block family doesn't appear in model file

Hei guys.

I'm creating a new Title Block Family, but the lineweights defined inside Title Block Family doesn't work on the model file. I already checked the Line Style Settings and Lineweight Settings in both files (rfa and rvt) and they are the same.

I attached the files in case if you wantto see them.

On left is rvt file and on right is rfa

In project, VG > Annotation tab > Titleblock > expand to see
subcategories. That is where you should look at, not Project line styles.
