Hello,
Select the Void family>>Edit Family>> Select the lines then click on "Convert Lines".
This will convert the model lines into 2D drafting line that don't show in 3D.

Can you identify the line types for us?
You can always post the file as well.
Using Convert lines simply converts symbolic lines to model lines and model lines to symbolic... and that wont make them invisible! Symbolic line would still be visible in other views!!!!
If its a void family, no lines should be used in it … UNLESS:
1. You either added them by mistake and you do not really need/want them in your model...in such case Edit Family and delete them
2. OR you are annotating it with symbolic or model lines for some purpose which you want to preserve. In this case, use symbolic lines instead of model lines, control their visibility based on detail level, add a visibility parameter and/or add them to a subcategory which you can switch on or off in the project
3. OR they are some profile or Construction lines required in the family (ex: projection lines/trim lines...etc) in such case assign them to s subcategory which you can control in Visibility Graphics

It ended up being an issue of not adding another ref plane on the extrusion but thank you for your answer
