Line work caused a strange problem

i noticed that when i use line work, then the mouse catches the overhead floors.

when i am in ground floor,  when hovering the mouse it catches the first floor roof, vises versa when i'm in first, it catches the  roof floor.

it's not a big issue but it's annoying.

i need to know if that was caused by line work really? or another reason, and if anyone had the same issue and what shall be done to solve this

I had a similar experience with Linework tool when I want to show in a floor plan the roof projection using Linework - Overhead.

After closing the underlay ( Roof Level), when I am trying to select something on my floor view I had difficulties and I had to zoom in in order to be able to select that entity from the level, otherwise the Roof Level will select....

But, I can overcame this by selecting the Roof Linework, Pin it and from the Status Bar(far right) uncheck Select Pinned Element.

Use TAB to cycle through the selection.

How about lower the Top View Range to below the bottom of the floor/ceiling above?
