Good afternoon. I linked a CAD file into my model and lines shown are so thick I went to the CAD file to make lines thinner, however they are shown the same. I thought it was a linked file issue but when I was trying to sketch a floor: sketching lines are also shown very thick. any solution please?
thank you

Object Styles governs the lineweights assigned to categories globally (all views). Then each view can be altered using Visibility/Graphic Overrides. Linestyles govern the appearance sketch lines (like in Floor sketch) and those are found under the Manage ribbon tab > Additional Settings > Linestyles.
DWG files are linked/imported according to the Import Lineweights settings - Insert ribbon tab > Import panel > Import Line Weights "button" (tiny arrow pointing between 4-5 o'clock). Revit maps the colors (DWG color number) to a Revit Pen (lineweight). Lineweights are governed by the Lineweights dialog under Manage ribbon tab > Additional Settings > Lineweights.
