line snapping to axis

I'm overdrafting an Autocad site plan & several of the property & parking lines that are slitely off of vertical. Revit keeps snapping to vertical & I can't figure out how to get it to stop.

hopefully this is an easy one.

Have you tried the "Pick Lines" option? There is an icon for it on the
Options Bar next to the draw icon. Click this, then click the line in the
CAD file and it should draw a line on top. You can then edit it if
necessary.

I know this is a really old thread, but is there any alternative to the pick line tool? I'm working on a project where i'm trying to snap a line to a point that is just slightly off axis, but there isn't a line to use the pick line tool on, and the line i'm creating just keeps snapping to the axis instead of the point i want it to snap to.

Try starting at that point. Can you snap to the other point?

Also, if you zoom in close enough to the point, the axis snap won't come up.

Also try drawing the line and then grabbing the grip and dragging it to the point.
